Morning Light Could Be Key to Leaner Physique, Study Finds
Wed Apr 2, 2014
This is junk science. I know lots of obese morning people and skinny night owls. It all really comes down to personal habits. If you exercise, eat right and sleep well, you are likely going to be thinner no matter what hours you keep. We all have our own individual rhythms and tryi …
When in pain, are you a baby or linebacker? Brain study offers clues
Sun Feb 2, 2014
